Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
The
Sales manager’s responsibilities involves direct Sales, Sales
supervision on sales team in different verticals, profitability and
margin maintenance across the board, monthly reporting on numbers and
activities to the CEO, pipeline analysis and reporting on weekly basis.
Maintain and develop relationship with the vendors and suppliers. The
Sales manager will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work
within the company and a favorable image of the company.
Position Qualifications:
-Work experience with sales operations related to communication/ IT industry.
-Successful sales experience with an understanding for overall business/ customer
-development, including prospecting, closing and account development skills.
-Experience with business budgeting and expense control, knowledge of accounts payable and receivable and vendor negotiations.
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
-Strong consultative selling, reporting, analytical, technical knowledge, strong closing skills and best practices knowledge.
-Management,
negotiation, communication, decision making, problem solving,
organization, presentation, delegation as well as time management
skills.
-Experience in all operational aspects of Sales functions, services, policies, and procedures.
Position Requirements:
- BA degree.
- 2-4 Years experience in Sales Management position. Managing at least 3 Sales Account Managers
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in IT Solutions Sales or similar products
-Recent Experience in Egyptian Market.
-Middle East Market experience is a plus.
-Arabic mother tongue and Excellent English reading, speaking and writing is a must.
