Incumbents of this role will be accountable for the following activities;

• Coordinating logistics, forwarding, and customs activities until the product reach to customer
• Responsible for documentation of foreign trade & local sales activities
• Order related ERP applications
• Ownership of reporting and recording of customer complaints
Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal divisions and/or third parties
